Yes, it was much quicker that time! I put the drive with just windows on it back on and it came up just as fast as well. I guess a different drive than I thought may be going out :( Though considering it's not the one with windows, that seems a weird interaction.

No, time to bios is not normal. It'll be sitting on a black screen before that for quite a few minutes, sometimes up to 20 minutes now, before I can go into bios.
