SrbTrail says Boot file is missing/failed to run

I let it run and it said auto repair could not fix it? What do I do....I really don't want to lose everything on that computer, there is too much to lose

Okay, I got a blue screen telling me of KERNEL INPAGE ERROR it said it was going to send data and restart. The process was stuck on 100% for a while so I held the power button to turn it off. When I turned back on I'm getting repairing disk errors this could take over an hour... And too right it...
