Pump is connected to aio pump header. My current thinking is that the pump itself has failed, rather than the header, though I haven't checked the header yet.

It says N/A next to AIO PUMP under the fan profile. Is there somewhere else I should check? Or does that mean it isn't working?

PC shuts off off too fast to get anywhere near software, but I can probably check it very quickly in bios.

I did remove the sticker, but I can't tell if the pump is running. Is there a way to check?

Thank you for the welcome! Oh, its the H9 Elite, sorry I missed that. I did tighten the screws in a criss-cross, if I'm understanding that correctly. I used Noctua NT-H1 thermal paste. I don't have precise measurements for how much I used, but the first time I did a small dot in the center...
