Hi so my friend was trying to build his pc with the Asus Prime Z390-A using the MA410M to cool, the problem is with the pin, the asus rgb 4pin on the cooler for some reason has one pin blocked therefore he can't plug it into the rgb pin on the motherboard, we tried searching for any solutions...
