Well did some more testing with game, if i play AA3 , it does it within 30seconds of loading onto a server, if i play team fortress 2 it takes like 5 mins to start, and would only be at 100% for about 15 seconds, then goes back to normal speed with WoW it would do it in about 5 minuits and last...

I had that,(or it was 2 red lights) think uve got to plug your motherboard into the Power Supply. should be a six or 4 pin connector.
