I've removed the card, switched the pin connectors and put it back in and it looks like it's better now. The fans are now going at around 2500-3400 rpm when under load. Much better than full blast 4k+. It still doesn't respond to the afterburner completely but I can live with the way the fans...

Np. I'm using MSI Afterburner atm, I've tried Sapphire Trixx, CCC, Gpu Tweak... Probably every fan control software. I've found some people who have the same problem and I guess that the fans just don't respond to the Afterburner under load.

Of course am :) I've been doing this with my previous two cards. This is the first card I'm having a trouble with.
