The 2133 limit is for the DDR3 ram, and you will have no problem using the DDR4 at 2400MHz. The DDR4 goes up to 3200MHZ without overclocking the RAM, but double check your BIOS settings to make sure it is set to the 2400MHz speed, or the mobo may downclock it to 2133MHz.

Have you tried a different HDMI cable?

I would measure the extra clearance there is on the installed 7750, and then compare that to the specs on the GTX 960 mini. That is about all I can suggest with no idea of what kind of case you are looking at.

I agree with BadActor, it sounds like an issue either with the switch itself or how the tiny front panel wires are connected. Double check your connections there.

I would not take the chance with a brand new card, you do not know what is causing that computer BSOD, and it could be unstable or spiking PSU power issues that could possibly mess up your card.

Your case will take the Corsair H80i in the rear exhaust fan position, and the cooling block lights up the Corsair emblem in Red if that is what you want to do. It would pretty nice in that case, and would add some more led color to your build...
