the pc that iam using to test the keyboard has a windows 10 build 19044 meanwhile my pc has a build 19042 . ill try to upgrade and see

take your time man , you deserve it :D ( ill try to do some troubleshooting or even open the keyboard and try to look for some loose connection and solder it)

dude i noticed something weird . i did unplug it and plug it in the front IO of the pc (front usb) and it worked i dont think its some kind of hardware related issue ...

yee , my second keyboard works just fine , but barely does the error some time . But my current (primary) keyboard is doing it more often

the issue happened to me now , but after like 1:30h after booting , but this time when i tried to unplug the keyboard and plug it back the error ( usb device not recognized) doesnt go im using another keyboard to type this now , so ill be glad to identify the issue as long as its still fresh
