    Your RAM is DDR3, right? The Phenom II X4s are a better value. The i5-750 is a more powerful processor, but you wouldn't see much of an improvement for gaming. It would also be hard to get an i5-750 on that budget. If your ram is DDR3, you would need an AM3 motherboard for the Phenom II X4...
