I really don't think it has got anything to do with refresh rates. Try other programs and see if you notice this blurriness there as well.

In the title you write 240Hz but in your description it says 144Hz. However I can't see how is this a monitor issue. What is your framerate? What is the monitor refresh rate? Do you have V-sync on in the game's settings? How is it blurry exactly?
