Yes, I have it plugged into the correct port. I have also enabled it in Realtek and messed with the settings, but so far there is nothing. I also tested the mic on my phone and it worked fine there, so the mic definitely isn't broken.

Volume and dbm is at max, not a sound from it other than static.

I have. However, when I go into the mic properties in the settings and enable listening, nothing goes through. Probably something I should have included in the original post, my bad.
