    Yes, but I've seen the system running (rebuilt it from a YouTube vid), so it should work out. But I am indeed thinking about installing a 600w PSU. But if the power is insufficient, it should become a problem later on, not while booting.

    Yes, every piece of hardware is new (be quiet 400W, Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060, i5 12400F, Samsung 980 M.2)

    Unplugged it, removed the battery for about 10min, plugged everything back in - unfortunately to no effect. Still red light.
