Pro Tip: Never upgrade your pointing device drivers in a hustle unless needed! The Mouse itself has its universally compatible drivers embedded in its hardware, replacing those will subject you to cursor freezes and lags.

Actually you should have removed your old GPU drivers before removing the hardware. Now the possible way out to is try to boot into the system recovery and switching to safe mode or the dead end will be --- reinstalling your OS!

I think please don't just throw away your GPU only because of a broken fan wire! Even you can fix it with a soldering kit (even a cheap one will do)! If you don't know soldering then don't worry. You can obtain soldering guidance over YouTube or just get it repaired on a local Electronics...

Please be clear that all USB-C's are not Thunderbolt ones! Thunderbolts provide higher bandwidth data rates, and support EGPUs, while normal USB-Cs are lot slower and thus they are unable to run high bandwidth-demanding devices like eGPUs!

I also had a hunch about this since the side panels in this case are designed with the base partially covered, thus allowing smaller amount of air to pass through, which in turn is detrimental for heavy processor series like 5, 7, 9 and above (both Intel Core and AMD Ryzen).

The performance in a mirrored display setup entirely depends on the screen resolutions, refresh rates etc. There is no extra load on the GPU.

Sorry to quote again but I still persist on my view that there is some unsettled relation between your GPU and other components. As for the point of buying another GPU, you can try eBay, Amazon (not preferred because prices have been always a bit costly here), Newegg etc. I would recommend eBay...

Hm! The CPU usage is somewhat totally normal, therefore the stock (cyberpower liquid) cooler may not be reaching the mark, OR.... there may be issues with your PC Case ventilation! BUT! You can try cleaning your PC vents or the best bet goes with considering your CPU cooler and...

Then the most probable situation is that you have a partially incompatible GPU. Please try running it with different settings or components (I know it's only easy to say so because your budget is the ultimate dad!). Or, if you want to pursue with the same set of hardware then you might need...
