Considering some graphics cards (GTX 960, R9 280x)

I would go with the 280x unless you want to use something like G-Sync, where Nvidia is your only option. Plus, the 280x has more VRAM, which could definitely help with some of the games you would be playing, unless you were playing on a lower resolution like 1280x720.

Partial first draft of my first gaming build, looking for recommendations for the last few parts

Keyboard- I would recommend something like a Razer keyboard if you really like green backlighting. Or, maybe you could try something like the Corsair K70 RGB so that if your favorite color changes all of a sudden, then you will have the flexibility to change it. I have a normal K70 and love it...

Gaming PC with £700-800 on rig / £300-£400 extras (Headset/Monitor etc.) Opinions please.

This looks like a great gaming PC. Although, if you have the extra money, try a mechanical keyboard. You may never go back.

Looking for a budget gaming laptop under $400

I'm impressed that your cousin could find something like that. What model is it? And you should probably go with that then, unless someone else can find something better.

    Need a good Gaming/Music Headset

You may want to get a pair of normal high-quality headphones, and attach a modmic to it, because most gaming headsets tend to compromise on sound quality a bit. The microphones can be found here: http://www.modmic.com/collections/frontpage/products/modmic-4-0

    which gaming machine is better?

I don't see much that differs between the two, but i think you should get the amount of storage you think you need (1TB is fine for me, but some people need 4TB+, so...) and unless you plan to overclock your CPU, most motherboards will perform the same. As for the case, it's personal preference...

Turn My PC into gaming PC

An SSD for the OS won't help with gaming very much except for loading times, because the game is loaded into RAM after that. As for the GPU, if you can afford it, I'd say it depends on brand preference, but if you don't have one, I'd personally go with Nvidia because I find their GameStream...

I need a Laptop both portable and powerful for gaming and 3d animation, art stuff, etc. NEED HELP

If you needed a computer for "art stuff", then you'll probably need a tablet. But if you want to game on it as well, what you might need to do is buy something like a Wacom tablet to go along with the laptop, since usually tablets don't have very good graphics cards. What is your budget? I'll...

Looking for a new bugget gaming mic and headset?

What is your definition of budget? Also, since I could barely find any headsets with microphones on the right side, you should consider buying some headphones, and then attaching a detachable mic on the right side. Hope this helps! Maybe something like this: http://www.modmic.com/
