I don't see much that differs between the two, but i think you should get the amount of storage you think you need (1TB is fine for me, but some people need 4TB+, so...) and unless you plan to overclock your CPU, most motherboards will perform the same. As for the case, it's personal preference, and personally I like the first graphics card because they look similar on paper, but since I do not own one I cannot tell you which one is superior.
