I have hard drive doesnt show up

When i plug a usb drive in it doesnt load up so im unable to access my files

Hey guys just got a fresh install of windows 7 I cant install my lan drivers to get on the internet I have no cd driver Usbs are un recognised Any way i can do this Its a asus z170i

Ok So i can see a green light on my mobo The pc doesn't load anything no bios it's completely dead nothing happens If i hold the power down for 30 seconds there is a blue light blicking

If you can see them while the monitor is off im guess its a faulty monitor
