    Yes AMD has a temp monitoring software package available for free http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMDSystemMonitor.aspx Made for the new APU's but works with Phenom and Athlon class processors as well.

    Ok I haven't had a lot of sleep...work 3rds...have a small child..etc... I went to check my Bios version and it says Version 5.02 went to the HP page and didnt find an update for the Bios...if anyone can point me in the correct direction I would be very very happy.
