EDIT: I am also unable to restart my PC. Whenever I try to restart it, it gets stuck after shutting down. PC remains running and everything but won't turn back on.

Which processor is currently better, r5 2600 or r7 1700x. I will mostly do gaming and probably little computer work. I hope to use the cpu for the next couple of years.

Ya you can build your PC , set it up and when the graphics card comes open your PC put the graphics card in and install the drivers
