    i understand your reasoning behind the tx750, but i want at least 850w because i plan to go sli and have many hdds/ssds. also, i didnt choose the ax850 because it was gold certified, i chose it because it was a reliable psu that was modular.

    i have decided to go with what rmiiirusty said because i am more interested in boosting the processing speed and memory than the graphics. Upgrading to intel looks good too. I also might throw in some silenced fans because my machine is very loud right now. Thanks again for all the help!
