Is it worth it to upgrade from gtx 750 ti, i3-4170 to gtx 950, i5-4440 ? On benchmark sites it says with my current build i should have 120 fps and with the other one 120fps, but in reality with my current build i get 60-80 fps with some drops under 60

If i close both discord and malware bytes i dont have any drops, i even did the nvidia control panel settings that didnt worked before , and they worked great, but still , when i lowered the view distance on low , i got from 80 fps to 50fps and it was very inconstant , like 50 fps now 1 sec...
