Question Upgrade opinion

Is it worth it to upgrade from
gtx 750 ti, i3-4170
to
gtx 950, i5-4440 ?
On benchmark sites it says with my current build i should have 120 fps and with the other one 120fps, but in reality with my current build i get 60-80 fps with some drops under 60

I had the 950 before, it definitely got the job done. It will run good for you, depending on the games you're playing I suppose. For the cpu, that one should do you good, overall, a pretty good budget build. With the correct settings, you should have plenty of fps.

Ok thank you. But still. What is going on. It doesent make sense... 750 is much more expensive, and its worse.
Why?
