I'm trying to benchmark my GTX 950 and possibly do some overclocking with it. When I run Uningine Heaven, it's only running at 450 mhz, which is WAY lower than the default settings. Any ideas???

Replacing the cooler will do wonders compared to the AMD stock one. Those temps appear to be high by 15-20C unless the ambient room temp is 80+ degrees F. May also check the thermal paste application.

Do you plan on adding a video card?

I have Corsair AF120s in mine and really like them. I have 4 AF series and 2 SP series and I have no issues with noise.

For a PSU, I'm a bigger fan of the EVGA.

Backup is always a good idae when replacing major components. You should not need to reinstall the OS if you are not updating your HD. I did an upgrade similar to this a couple months ago. All I did was plug my original HD into the new motherboard and it was good to go.
