Can you recommend a better card?

Specs... i7 3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz 10 gigs ram Windows 8 Nvidia Geforce GT 630 w/ 4gig vram Been getting only ~17 fps in skyrim, which is atrocious given the fact that my old computer got twice that much with nowhere near the specs my new computer has. Please help :(
