I'm open to AMD cards, found a 7900 XTX for only about $50 more than the 4070ti https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/RGdcL9 (Changed where they are buying from for ease for me, only like an extra $100 total)

Flicked through a few changes, GPU prices are horrid atm but I don't feel like waiting. Just changed to thermalright cpu cooler and g.skill 32 DDR5-6000mhz

I saw something about unplugging all usbs, so I did that and now it boots to windows, is there a way to test which one is the one causing it other than turning my pc on and off repeatedly?

This had worked for two days but now has gone back into the BIOS loop

I can try, but If it requires a USB drive I’ll have to wait until tomorrow because I need to buy a new one.

It’s restarts and goes straight back to bios

Luckily my assignment got saved to my laptop too so that’s all good, if I did reinstall OS would my SSD be wiped?

It didn’t even try to boot to Windows, straight to BIOS, the SSD could’ve been reasonably full, I tend to try not to put much on it but I’m not totally sure. The SSD still shows up in the BIOS if that’s any help as well

Just tried to turn on my computer today, nothing has changed but now when I try to boot it takes me straight to BIOS even when it says my boot #1 is “Windows Boot Manager”. Have an assessment due in 24 hours so I really need to fix this, thanks for any help. MSI motherboard, Click BIOS 5

The mother board is a MSI Z370 Gaming M5, the PC is around 5 years old so the CMOS battery would be around that old too.
