    That PSU would be enough, but for a future upgrade path you could step up to a 550W PSU if you wish. Your system will most likely use around 300W power when in a high load.

    Wouldn't get a 4K TV for gaming with a 1070. I would recommend you either get a 1080p Monitor at 144Hz with GSync or get a 1440P Monitor with 60/75 Hz. You could probably connect that PS4 up to it if you get it too.

    It is compatible. But if you're getting a 4790K you'd be best off getting a Z87/97 Motherboard, if not then you may as well get the i7 4790.
