I picked that proc because it has decently lower TDP considering other mentioned procs here ill have in a week 35y so my high fps gaming ability is avg at best and i was never focused on graphicks quality.. i played tuneller ffs or mk1 with ~0.5fps on friend 386 =)) .. when ill go buy this ill...

Try to download and use RamMap from sysinternals i use it for clearing ram cache it could show u where it is

and how does it work with refresh rate (144hz) when i get less fps from pc performance?

because i have 15of them to choose from and no clue which to pick =))
