Okay so, I guess the extension cables are the problem. I removed them and now I did a bunch of restarts and some shutdowns with some time in between turning it back on and everything is fine

Well I don't have another Pc floating around here so that's pretty hard to test

They're all fine. Also the power port looks good.

Yup, that's because I created a custom fan curve. Weird thing is, that I use them since 3 years without any problem. Also the psu is not even 1 year old
