Hey, I have some issues with my mobo B460M DS3H. My main BIOS is bricked and I can boot my pc just in Backup BIOS, I’ve wanted to ask if it’s possible to restore my main BIOS through backup BIOS and how? Thanks :)

I've tried to install Windows 11 a while ago and asked me to turn on safe boot option in BIOS, after I turned on that option my PC wont show image, the PC starts normally but cant boot in windows or show image.I found that I can boot in backup bios a while ago and everything worked reinstalled...

yeah nothing wrong everything just "as new" i get even better fps ;)) they just start spinning at max and I can barely play any game from the sound ;))
