I updated back to the 1.0.7.0 patch and then everything was fine, but every time I turn the camera or turn a vehicle while turning the camera, it lags and sometimes stutters when I drive.

Everytime I double click LaunchGTAIV application, the Rockstar Social thing comes up with three buttons: Play, Play (Offline) and Cancel. I click both play buttons and wait a while and then the rockstar social thing comes up again. What's going on?

Well, even at the lowest resolution (800x600 I think) It still lags. Drivers are updated to the latest and all settings turned down low and it still happens. Also, I was watching this person's video and he used higher settings with the same card, similar i3 and only 4gb ram...

How do I know if there are any bottlenecks? I think there's a bottleneck somewhere because before it didn't use to lag like this. I turned everything on low and it still happens.

Are you talking about the amps on the +12V rail in OCZ? And I already chose the radeon 6670, so I can't change it, sorry. Also, do you know how much wattage my whole computer will use with the radeon 6670 and without the OCZ? The purpose is gaming.
