I have I3 4170 3.7ghz but in some games my Gpu (gt 730 4gb) gets bottleneck it uses about 20-30%

MERGED QUESTION Question from XST3R30 : "Game installation is slow" 2 Weeks ago I installed Battlefield 3 it took 45mins but soon I deleted it for some reason but now I tried to install it again but it takes 4 hours.
