I am upgrading my cpu and am deciding if I want to get a Ryzen 3700 or an i7-10700. I mostly play games on it and I don't know if Ryzen would be the right choice. I have a Intel i5 8600k but am getting a mAtx case so I already have to get a motherboard anyways.

I have a MSI SEAHAWK 1080 that has a broken pump and a functional MSI GAMING X 1060 6gb. I want to put the GAMING X 1060 Gpu headsink onto the Seahawk 1080 PCB but I'm not sure that it'll work like that.

My Seahawk 1080 is running at 90+ cel idle and I have no clue why at this point. I've returned it to MSI to be repaired and it still is overheating. It seems that the card isn't even using my watercooling and it's just using the blower style cooling, and even then its still overheating on idle.

I'm upgrading my PC by adding a new mobo and cpu. Do I have to completely rest my pc? My internet is ass and downloading will be a complete pain.

I am looking to buy an RX 480, but I have no idea which one to get. I've read reviews from almost every card and I just need someone else's opinion. So far i'm leading towards sapphire and asus but maybe i'm wrong. Oh and also I have a 700 watt EVGA bronze PSU, is that good enough?
