I have no idea, it just gives me the cannot run notification when I open my settings and there is no indication of what app is causing the notification.

Whenever I open my windows settings I get a popup behind the settings window that says "this app can't run on your PC". My settings menu and everything else on my PC work fine, but I have no idea why it is giving me this notification, and it is a little bit annoying.
