The random frame drops may be a sign of thermal throttling. Have you taken a look at your temps? What cooler are you running with that rig? And as @vMax stated, 80% seems high for fortnite, so take a look at what programs are running in the background.

So, in order to get a little extra cash, I'm looking at building computers for profit. Now we all shake off that little note "Limit 1 Per Customer" etc, on amazon and newegg. But when trying to do some part time computer building, how do you get around this limitation?

I'm going to reset windows and see if that doesn't help tbh
