What motherboard are you using? If its MSI you can monitor all speeds of case, cpu and gpu fans in the MSI clickbios for the MOBO Im fairly certain you can do this with other bios's as well so check there Hope this helps

Not to be rude.. but are you fucking retarded? Cable management and having a small case with bad cable management is a large impact on temperatures...

I have had this same issue with discord and origin and it might be caused by the same thing Open task manager and make sure that it is not running, if its on auto open when you turn on the PC sometimes it will not show the application, but it still counts it as running, if auto run is enabled...

Try uninstalling every single driver you have for audio, and reinstalling the latest ones (MAKE SURE THEY ARE WIN 7 COMPATIBLE OR THEY WILL NOT WORK)
