Hi, I'm hoping this is a graphics card issue. When I turned on my computer today the screen looks like when the cable goes out on the TV but with color. I tried several monitors but the same thing. If anyone can help me diagnose and fix, would be much appreciated. Thanks

USB Ports on a Lenovo T440P are not working. When I go under device manager none of the Ports have a yellow exclamation point. Not sure what else to do?
