Installed 4gb ram ( 2 X 2gb) but showing 3gb (1.98 Gb usable) When i remove the RAM and reinsert or shuffle them then it is showing 4 Gb but after sometime the computer restarts and showing the same 3gb and 1.98 usable My computer Fx-4100 Gigabyte motherboard 4gb RAM R7 250x GC OS Windows 10...
