Building Gaming PC, Need Help!!

I wanna build a gaming PC under the budget of 40000 INR or 625 USD.
I am confused between lots of Processors, motherboard and RA,. So, please suggest me best PC component for gaming @ 1080p. In this budget I only want Cabinet, keyboard and mouse not monitor coz i already have one.
Also i need 4 ram slot motherboard with highest frequency available and everything should be latest and durable.

Well in gaming PC we should focus more on graphics card.
Well GTX 1050 TI can work perfect on intel G6450 CPU
which means i can spend less money but i want something better than gtx 1050TI.
And also mention the Brand name. Many brands makes the same thing!
