Thanks @luftig! I heard the 4090 had melting issue as well. Both BB & CC don't have any AMD cpu/gpus And prices for i13 CPU and 3080ti is almost the same price as an i13/4090 from Alienware. But I'll give CC a call and haggle! Gotta save my Toonies,eh!
