Every chip is different. You will only find out by trying. And if you want to get the 'max' out of it, that will only come with really good cooling like proper liquid cooling. Max safe overclock on one cheap cooler will be less than max on a really good one.

No. A10 5800K is socket FM2 and your motherboard is socket AM3.

@otacon72 Unless you are a foot or two away from it, like say using the touchscreen you should be able to notice. Its all about viewing distances. 4K on a 55" TV is even stupid if its too far away from you to benefit, but get close enough, and have the right content you will see it.

Why not get a cheap Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo and see how far you can push it? You'll pay around 25-30 for it and then you can save up for a decent liquid cooler later on if you can't push it far enough on that.
