i5 4670k stable @ 4.2-4.6 ghz?

I saw some people get the i5 4670k 3.4ghz overclocked to 4.2-4.6ghz but they didn't mention what Heat Sink Fan they were using. Logical Increments recommends this one: the new Coolermaster TPC 812, but will that be able to keep it stable at at least 4.2 ghz? If not what can you recommend that will?

i would recommend getting into liquid cooling once you overclock more than 0.6-0.8ghz but for your case i would recommend the Noctua 6 Dual Heatpipe . heard alot of good reviews on it

Are there any Liquid Coolers under $100? I've already invested a lot of money into new RAM, Motherboard, CPU, and I've still gotta buy a GTX 780, which is another $500 or so. I'm trying not to spend more than $75 for a CPU cooler but I want to be able to overclock to a decent amount because that's why I got the i5 4670k instead of the i5 4670.

sorry i don't know any liquid coolers price. i mostly only overclock higest 0.4-0.6ghz and my cooler master tx3 evo keeps it well cool so i havent looked into liquid coolers yet

Why not get a cheap Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo and see how far you can push it? You'll pay around 25-30 for it and then you can save up for a decent liquid cooler later on if you can't push it far enough on that.
