Forgot to mention that when I said budget, I meant that I'm looking for only the minimum required PSU for my specs and GPU (RX 570 4GB). I've looked at a few 450w and 500w PSUs but just came here for an opinion on which would be the best.
Found this picture on the internet of what my case looks like
My current processor is an i3-2120, motherboard is an old IPMSB-H61, 8 gigs of 1333MHz RAM and an HDD. PC is made by a company named HCL.
This link shows most of the specs, other than the RAM which I've upgraded.
Also, my current...
I have this old rig that I want to upgrade, and I'm planning on getting an RX 570 4GB for it. I read in the requirements for the GPU that it needed a power supply with a minimum wattage of 450w. Now I've also read that the amperage on the 12V line matters most, so all that considered, what would...
Wow, I never looked at anything other than the 1050ti, the RX 570 is almost half the price and looks like it performs far better than the 1050ti. Thanks a lot for the help, I appreciate it!
I don't plan on using this rig for hardcore gaming, just need it for multiplayer gaming with my main PC. I'll look into the options you've provided, thanks a lot!

Oh, sorry, got confused between the power supply and the wires on the motherboard. Yes, they come out of the PSU. So can I use the SATA cable and power cable connected to the CD drive? I don't use the CD drive anymore, so will using those cables cause any problems?
Thanks.
Hello, I have a WD external hard disk drive which has gone completely nuts. It doesn't get recognized. Believe me, it doesn't work at all.
So, I removed the outer cover and stuff, and removed the SATA to USB connector. Now it's got a SATA port. So, I was wondering if I could connect the hard...
So, I'm planning to upgrade my old PC. Here's the specs:
It's an old machine, has 2 slots. DDR3.
It already has a 2gb ram installed:
I want to install another 4gb ram card with this. I know there's something called downclocking (Still don't understand how that works), but if I get a 4gb...
