Ok so i just tried running battlefield 3 and i was running a ping of 500 then i went to csgo i was running a ping of 10000... Ok so on my new build it was downloading the windows updates but when you go to restart the pc to install the updates it says Windows is configuring updates it gets to 30% and says shutting down then it turns back on and then says windows failed to start then you do the repair option it does...
