cpu temp is 74-80 and gpu is around 30 while playing fortnite

I have a i5 processor and gtx 1060. When i press the power button it turns off the immediately turns off i tried taking out the CPU and nothing. Also ive tried having one stick of ram and nope doesnt work. tried to take the gpu out aswell I dont think the PSU is the problem.
