UPDATE: Looks like somehow I've managed to change the "Repeat Delay" to Short believing that delay will disappear but is still present. Surely I'm not gonna using a wireless cheap office keyboard ever!!

Not really. Recently did a clean install of Windows 10 OCTOBER Update yesterday and I didn't have any problems with my keyboard at all. I have it already on my USB and downloaded through Windows 10 TOOL back in October.

Exactly I thought and realized that too the stock cooler won't handle 4.8 GHz even "Wraith" cooler has a little better cooling thermal system than the old FX-4300 stock cooler If I'm not wrong. But still was thinking to OC my FX-4300 at least to 4.3 GHz which probably would be almost stable...

Definitely I'm going to try to contact my internet provider these days to see if they can send a team to change my router and see if that issue goes away. As far as I know, my "outdated" router model is V1 which is somehow bigger than the HG658 V2 which that thing looks like a toy.
