Title, I've been seeing that System has been taking up about 15-20% of my CPU so I went over my drivers and saw that my CPU drivers haven't been updated in 11 years. Any help?

Kernel_data_inpage_error My computer was finished yesterday and it worked fine. This morning I left it on while I ate breakfast, and came back to “CRITICAL_PROCESS_something”. I reset it and it auto joined the bios. I reset again and it went past the bios but gave me “Kernel_data_inpage_error”.
