Thank you everyone for their efforts everything was running fantastically well...until I had to cold boot it this morning. Now it appears that neither display is getting a signal and even resetting the CMOS is not responding. I assume the only fix I currently have is to re sit the GPU again...

Amazingly it was none of these suggestions but something far more curious. Initially I believe the monitor: Dell U2312HM was not able to receive the input from the GPU hence no signal. At my friends we checked the GPU in his rig and it worked. When I tested my GPU my rig, for trial and error...

Double checked everything, all cables clipped in with no give :/ off to an friends to check how it holds up in their rig. Any other suggestions would be great, I'll update when back.
