I went back into my BIOS but did not see any option to reset it.

CMOS? And I Have it in my desktop rather than a laptop. Sorry, I'm not all that computer savvy.

How would I go about resetting the BIOS and reinstalling? My mobo is aASUS M4N68T-M-V2

Will it be a significant amount of bottle necking? I currently have an HD 7770 GPU, would it make the swap not worth it? I will also be buying an 800 PSU to accommodate the card as well as 16g of ram. (as opposed to my current 4g of ram and 500 PSU)

I have an AMD Phenom II X 4 955 CPU. That shouldn't be a problem right? And I am only looking to upgrade my GPU at the moment. I don't have enough $ for a big overhaul. That's why I just wanted to be sure that my mobo would be compatible and suitably efficient for the 780

I am planning on getting a GTX 780 GPU and wanted to be sure that my current, m4n68t-m-v2 mobo was compatible with it. I assume it has a PCIe 2.0 slot in it (not positive) rather than a 3.0. Would this be sufficient for the 780?
