Well I am sending my computer back to the company I bought it off as I have a warranty as I cannot do any of that testing but something that I think helps is that the burnt smell is quite stronger near the PSU then anywhere else. Solved it was something to do with the channel in my modem I had to call microsoft to see if they could help and they changed the channel for me.

Ok so my router wasn't working so i called my ISP and they reset so the SSID was changed and suddenly on my computer isn't detecting my home WiFi but others in my house can find my home WiFi wheras I can only find my neighbours WiFi. I would be extremely grateful if this problem gets solved...

Well my budget is £500 my computer at the moment is a piece of crap a rubbish laptop with 1.7Ghz i can't even overclock it AMD overdrive wont let me i just want to run games with high settings i even lag at the lowest of the lowest.
