Honestly the only part i had trouble with building the computer were the cables and it's more than likely that. Any ideas? I also updated some of my specs

I use PCpartpicker which estimated the wattage and it said it was fine. And I have 650 watt powersupply so it should be more than enough. do you want my full specs? and yes, i linked a PCI-e from my videocard to the powersupply.

When I power on the PC, the cases' fans, the CPU's fans and the videocards fans all turn on, and the videocard lights up next to the PCI-E slot. However, the monitor (Which works, i've tested it, as well as the cord) says "DVI no signal." So, I'm not sure where to start with what is wrong...
