Mouse jumping around/ moving on its own - usually after playing games for about 30 minutes

Do you know how to monitor yout gpu temperature? Does it happen if you lower your graphics settings?

    Crashing 10-15 mins into games.

You can try and run separate gpu and cpu stress tests to see which triggers the crash. If your cpu runs fine under load and the gpu works in another PC, you have an unstable PSU.

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-3658917/mobo-gpu-code.html "Artifacts points to GPU failure" Try and reinstall the drivers, maybe monitor the gpu temperatures while gaming.

[SOLVED] Will Delta Electronic DC Brushless fan work in PC

It costs 13 USD, such as any common fan. It lacks a fan header, the wires are stripped. It might also be louder, than living room optimized variants. 60mm and 4000rpm delivers a high pitched irritating noise at full speed. Otherwise the voltage is fitting, it will spin.

[SOLVED] Looking for a new 4K monitor

Since free sync can be used with nvidia cards, I would extend the search parameters. If you insist on g-sync, you have to raise your budget or make some compromises. Check if these TN panel models are any good for your use case: ASUS ROG Swift PG278QR, 27" (90LM00U3-B01370) HP Omen 27, 27"...

[SOLVED] Monitor for Photo editing and casual gaming

If pivot mode, high contrast and 100% sRGB coverage are important, I would recommend the Samsung C27HG70, 27" (LC27HG70QQUXEN) in that size. It is only WQHD, on the other hand well within your budget. A non curved 4k variant also from Samsung with slower reaction time would be the Samsung...

[SOLVED] Building my first home server

If you have a router with a USB port, you can simply hook up an external drive onto it, and store your movies there making it accessible for everyone using the network. You can also buy a rapsberry pi and build a NAS around it, read here...

[SOLVED] Changing disk from bad hdd to good hdd

It is not impossible, but I would not recommend to do so at home. You have to place the disk very precise, otherwise the reader head will hit it and damage the good disks as well. The safe and cost effective method is making a backup, or shipping the old drive to a company that is specialised...

[SOLVED] Should i upgrade my cpu or upgrade motherboard etc.

Yes, the 4790 would be a nice upgrade and capable to feed the gtx1070 without cpu bottleneck. Your 600W is sufficient to supply power for those parts.

    I hear voices?

RCC radio signals are a probable source of noise, picked up by the poorly shielded speaker circuits. Since you gave such a funny title to the thread, here is a tinfoil experiment. Instead of a hat you can try and shield the laptop with a tin foil covered paper box. Or just go into a basement and...

Help with a laptop and a monitor

As a rule of thumb HDMI can only support 120Hz, and here is what I found about USC-C: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2984968/144hz-compatible-type.html Also a 1050Ti will deliver 144Hz only in less demanding games, like CS.
